Jodi Chambers, MD, FACS has been in surgical practice since 1986. She is a Denver native and graduate of East High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, where she served her internship and residency.
Dr. Chambers is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Denver Academy of Surgery. She is a member of the American College of Physician Executives, Colorado Medical Society and the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Prior to serving as Chief Medical Officer at St. Anthony Hospital, she has served as Director of Trauma Services at Littleton Adventist Hospital, Chief of Department of Surgery and Medical Director of Surgical Intensive Care at St. Anthony Central Hospital. She has also been and assistant professor at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Chambers is highly experienced in generaly surgery and trauma medicine. Her current surgical focuses are surgical breast disease management, parathyroid surgery and thyroid surgery. At the heart of her practice is a commitment to her patients and helping to put them at ease regarding surgery. She also has a heart for global service and in 2010 served on a medical mission trip to Hanoi, Vietnam.
